Colouring Sheet Duo

Colouring has the power to focus the brain, and is increasingly recognised as a therapeutic activity for children and adults, similar to meditation. When creating these sheets, artist Alexandra Helou visualised herself at home in Lebanon. "It allowed me to feel all the unconditional love and safety this place gives me. This way, not only inspiration came to me easily, but it came from a good place in my heart. Thinking of my family and my loved ones, the smell of the flowers my mom would pick from our garden to make beautiful bouquets, my grandmother’s delicious homemade food, the smell of coffee, the charming nature surrounding my home and sunsets by the sea are all key to both drawing’s inspiration."
