Eyespiration

Colouring has the power to focus the brain, and is increasingly recognised as a therapeutic activity for children and adults, similar to meditation. When creating this sheet, artist Alexandra Helou visualised herself at home in Lebanon. "It allowed me to feel all the unconditional love and safety this place gives me. This way, not only inspiration came to me easily, but it came from a good place in my heart"
